Vobile Japan’s “RightsID®” service, adopted by Victor, works in conjunction with the content identification function, which is “Content ID” provided by YouTube. RightsID, however, is an AI technology service that is completely different from “Content ID”. RightsID can find and identify more cited video content on YouTube with a higher accuracy. Therefore, Victor highly evaluated the “RightsID®” service and eventually decided to adopt it.

Due to the increase in User Generated Content (UGC) videos after the Covid pandemic, there are more opportunities for artists and their works to be populated through UGCs. Victor will enhance its distribution capabilities for creators by promoting more accurate content identification and improving monetization of music copyrights.
